Child killed in Irbid road accident

AMMAN — An eight-year-old child died on Wednesday when he was hit by a car in Taybeh in Irbid, a Civil Defence Department (CDD) statement said. CDD personnel took the boy to Prince Rashid Hospital where he was pronounced dead due to a severe haemorrhage and other injuries, the statement said.
