Centrist parties condemn attacks on Al Aqsa

AMMAN — The coalition of centrist parties on Wednesday warned against increasing dangers facing Al Aqsa Mosque from Israeli settlers and officials.

In a statement carried by the Jordan News Agency, Petra, the coalition strongly condemned the recurrent attacks that directly threaten peace and stability and will result in “immense repercussions”.

It also expressed its utmost support of His Majesty King Abdullah’s stances towards the Palestinian issue and his role in preserving Muslim and Christian holy sites in Jerusalem.

The centrist parties called on the international community to play an effective role to stop the continuous attacks and break-ins against Al Aqsa Mosque. The parties expressed their complete solidarity with Palestinians in defending their lands against the Israeli extremist atrocities.
