Central bank reports rise in e-payments

AMMAN — Payments made through e-FAWATEERcom until the end of February this year were 16 times more than February 2016, worth JD304 million compared to JD17.6 million, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported on Tuesday.

The Central Bank of Jordan said that 572,300 payments were made through e-FAWATEERcom compared to 192,200 during the same period.
