Cabinet endorses public sector modernisation roadmap

AMMAN — The Cabinet on Thursday approved the public sector modernisation roadmap and its executive programme for 2022-2025. Prime Minister Bisher Al Khasawneh stressed that the roadmap is “flexible” enough to allow updates and changes, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
The Council of Ministers also approved the formation of a higher ministerial committee to follow up on the implementation of the executive programme for the plan.
The creation of a department dedicated to the management and implementation of the executive programme of the public sector modernisation and digital transformation in the Prime Ministry was approved during the Cabinet session as well.
