Cabinet approves telemedicine system

AMMAN — The Cabinet on Wednesday approved the telemedicine system for the year 2023. The approval is in line with the Kingdom's Economic Modernisation Vision and focuses on improving the quality of life and well-being of all citizens, while keeping pace with the ongoing technological advancements, according to the Jordan News Agency, Petra. The system will ease access to healthcare services across the Kingdom, as well help reduce the overall medical treatment cost for both hospitals and patients, according to the Jordan News Agency, Petra.
