Cabinet approves disbursement of JD50m to pay debt

AMMAN — The Cabinet on Sunday decided to disburse JD50 million to pay the debt and dues to the private sector, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
The fund will be allocated to pay bills for hospitals and medical warehouses, refund public sales and income taxes, as well as pay late dues for contractors at various ministries, Petra reported.
Also on Sunday, the Cabinet approved two judicial cooperation agreements between Jordan and Australia, regarding legal aid and extradition.
