‘Border Guards foil infiltration attempt’

AMMAN — Border Guards foiled an attempt by two foreign nationals to infiltrate the Kingdom from a neighbouring country on Monday evening and on Tuesday morning, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported, quoting an unnamed army source.

Border Guards applied the rules of engagement, detaining the suspects and referring them to the authorities, the source said. The army did not provide information on the nationality of the suspects or the country from where they crossed.
