AMMAN – Bahrain on Monday renewed its commitment to supporting Jordan in its efforts to combat terrorism, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
Chairing a Cabinet meeting, Bahrain’s King Hamad Bin Isa Al Khalifa said his country stands with Jordan in its anti-terror endeavours as part of the international coalition to eliminate radical militant groups.
"Bahrain is committed to supporting its friends and brothers as one rank to fight terrorism and dry up its resources. We stand with brotherly countries in all measures they take to protect their security and stability," King Hamad said.
His remarks came one day after a group of jet fighters from the Royal Bahraini Air Force arrived in Jordan to support its campaign against Daesh, following a similar decision by the United Arab Emirates.
