AMMAN — Jordan's Ambassador to Egypt Ali Ayed on Thursday presented his credentials as the Kingdom’s permanent representative at the Arab League in Cairo to its secretary general, Ahmed Aboul Gheit. Ayed highlighted the "pivotal role" of the Arab League in enhancing the joint Arab action.
For his part, Aboul Gheit commended Amman's role in boosting pan-Arab cooperation, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported. They also discussed the Kingdom's preparations to host the Arab summit in March.
