ASEZA chief calls for enhancing tourist services

AMMAN — President of the Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority (ASEZA) Nayef Fayez has stressed the importance of overcoming all obstacles facing workers in the tourism sector and enhancing cooperation with local communities in tourist areas to increase the level of services to tourists and local visitors.
During a visit to the Rum Visitor Centre, Fayez called on workers at Rum National Reserve to respond to all notes related to the tourism sector and rectify them as soon as possible, in addition to making Rum a tourist attraction for local and foreign tourism, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported on Saturday. He also checked on work progress and services offered at Wadi Al Yutom Customs Centre for arrivals and departures, and movement of trucks and goods through the centre, calling on stakeholders to facilitate passenger movement through the centre.
