Army chief, US ambassador discuss military cooperation

AMMAN — Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Maj. Gen. Yousef Huneiti and US Ambassador Henry T. Wooster discussed ways of cooperation and coordination in various operational, training and logistical military fields in a bid to realise the two armed forces’ envisioned goals. Several high-ranking officers from the Jordan Armed Forces-Arab Army attended the meeting, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
