Army chief meets US ambassador, visits Border Guard Command

AMMAN — Chairman of the Joint Chiefs-of-Staff Gen. Mishal Al Zaben, the King's military adviser, on Monday received US Ambassador to Jordan Alice G. Wells.

At a meeting at army headquarters, Zaben and Wells discussed ways to boost cooperation in various army-related fields.

Also on Monday, Zaben visited the Border Guard Command, where he checked on training and operations.

He underlined the need to utilise all available resources to eliminate any attempt to harm national security and stability.
