Army chief meets UAE counterpart

AMMAN — Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Maj. Gen. Yousef Huneiti and his Emirati counterpart Lt. Gen. Hamad Mohammed Thani Al Rumaithi on Monday discussed the latest regional and international developments.

During the meeting, held at the Jordan Armed Forces-Arab Army headquarters, Huneiti and Rumaithi also went over military cooperation and means to develop relations between both countries’ armed forces, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
