Army chief meets with French delegation

AMMAN — Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Maj. Gen. Yousef Huneiti on Thursday met with a French delegation, led by Head of the South Bilateral Cooperation Department of the French Army Brig. Gen. Eric Peltier. 

Huneiti and the delegates discussed aspects of cooperation and coordination and ways to enhance bilateral ties to serve the interests of the two countries' armed forces, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported. 

Several high-ranking officers of the Jordan Armed Forces-Arab Army and the French defence attaché in Amman attended the meeting.
