Army chief meets French ambassador over cooperation

AMMAN — Chairman of the Joint Chiefs-of-Staff Lt. Gen. Mahmoud Freihat on Thursday met with French Ambassador to Jordan David Bertolotti to discuss means of enhancing bilateral relations between both countries' armies.

The French defence attaché in Amman attended the meeting, held at the General Command of the Jordan Armed Forces-Arab Army, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
