Army chief, Iraqi ambassador talk ties, region

AMMAN — Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Maj. Gen. Yousef Huneiti and Iraqi Ambassador to Jordan Haidar Al Athari on Thursday discussed the latest regional and international developments.

Huneiti and Athari, in the presence of high-ranking Jordan Armed Forces-Arab Army officers, also discussed means to enhance cooperation and coordination in various fields of mutual interest between the countries, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
