Army chief, British ambassador talk ties

AMMAN — Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Maj. Gen. Yousef Huneiti and British Ambassador to Jordan Bridget Brind on Sunday discussed means to further enhance bilateral cooperation in a way that serves the interests of both countries’ armies.

The UK defence attaché and high-ranking officers at the Jordan Armed Forces-Arab Army attended the meeting that was held at Huneiti’s office, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
