Army chief, Australian ambassador talk military cooperation

AMMAN — Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Maj. Gen. Yousef Huneiti on Wednesday met Australian Ambassador to Jordan Miles Armitage over means to enhance military cooperation between the two countries.

During the meeting, attended by the Australian defence attaché, Huneiti and Armitage also went over ways to enhance bilateral cooperation to serve the best interests of the two countries' armed forces, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
