Army chief attends military drill

AMMAN — Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Maj. Gen. Yousef Huneiti on Monday attended a military drill conducted by personnel from the Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Brigade/Quick Reaction Force. During the drill titled ‘Azm Al Rijal’, which translates to ‘men’s determination’, Huneiti was briefed on the components of the exercise, which included simulations of field operations, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.

Huneiti conveyed the greetings of His Majesty King Abdullah, the Supreme Commander of the Jordan Armed Forces-Arab Army, to the brigade’s officers and personnel, reaffirming the King’s pride in the brigade’s distinguished level, proficiency and high morale.
