Army chief attends inauguration of new courses at Defence College

AMMAN — Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Maj. Gen. Yousef Huneiti on Sunday reaffirmed Royal Jordanian National Defence College's (RJNDC) pivotal role as the main strategic “planning and thinking” incubator that is also a training ground for civilian and military leaders. During the opening ceremony of the 21st National Defence’s two courses and the 7th Master's Programme in Strategies to Counter Extremism and Terrorism at the RJNDC, Huneiti conveyed the greetings of His Majesty King Abdullah, the Supreme Commander of the JAF, as they embark on this academic journey, wishing them success. Speaking at the ceremony, JAF Mufti Hassan Makhatreh praised the RJNDC as a model of success.
