AMMAN — Minister of Social Development Khawla Armouti on Saturday said the ministry is implementing Royal directives to carry out field visits and have a firsthand look at the services provided to the public, as well as listening to people’s demands, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
During a visit to Mafraq, Armouti said the ministry is keen to support productive projects that can contribute to reducing poverty and unemployment rates across the Kingdom.
She noted that Mafraq was one of the cities hit hard by the influx of Syrian refugees, calling on international donors to provide support to host communities.
