AMMAN — The Arab League council has commended Jordan and several Arab countries on their progress in implementing the Arab strategy for the peaceful use of nuclear energy, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported Wednesday.
The praise, Petra said, came as part of the Arab League council's decisions in Monday's Arab League Summit held in Mauritania. The council referred to the Arab countries that have taken advanced steps in building nuclear reactors, which are Jordan, the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Egypt.
