Applications invited for scholarships at Hungarian universities

AMMAN — Application for the Hungarian government’s scholarships for the 2017-2018 academic year is open until March 5, according to the Hungarian embassy. As the largest beneficiary of the Stipendium Hungaricum scholarship programme, Jordan is offered 400 scholarships annually.

The scholarship covers tuition fees and free medical insurance, in addition to monthly allowances for lodging and living expenses, the embassy said. Those interested can apply online individually for full study programmes in bachelor’s, master’s and PhD levels in English.
