Amman municipality to float tender to generate energy from waste

AMMAN — The Greater Amman Municipality (GAM) is preparing to float a tender for projects to generate energy from waste, in cooperation with USAID, a GAM official said on Wednesday.

Amman City Manager Fawzi Masaad said the tender will be floated this month, noting that it will be of economic benefit to the municipality.
