Al Hussein Youth City, KOICA implement tree-planting day

AMMAN — Al Hussein Youth City, in cooperation with the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA), on Thursday implemented a tree-planting day, featuring the participation of volunteers, including city employees and graduates of the Korean agency.

Director of Al Hussein Youth City Bassam Khalaila said that such volunteer activities promote a culture of volunteerism among young people, also noting the importance of organising initiatives which benefit the community, especially in public places and sports venues, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
