Aid convoy carrying 40 trailers dispatched to Gaza

AMMAN – The Jordan Hashemite Charity Organisation (JHC) dispatched a seven-truck aid convoy laden with prefabricated trailers to Gaza on Saturday.

The convoy is carrying 40 trailers, part of a consignment of 2,000 prefabricated homes for the strip, according to JHCO Secretary General Ayman Mefleh.

Some 478 trailers had already been sent to Gaza within the campaign, he added, noting that the assistance was donated by several Jordanian entities.
