AMMAN — The Ministry of Agriculture has addressed the relevant authorities to include a cooperative curriculum at schools to foster a culture of cooperation and the concept of productive cooperative associations.
This will help young people gain access to jobs, Agriculture Minister Kahlid Hneifat said on Sunday. During a meeting with President of the Arab Cooperative Federation and President of the African Cooperative Federation Ahmed Al Thaher, and Head of the Housing Union Maj. Gen. Fouad Abbas Tawfik, Hneifat highlighted the ministry's efforts to create a number of cooperative associations across the Kingdom, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
The guests expressed appreciation of the ministry and cooperative association's efforts to organise the cooperative agricultural products festival for 2022.
