Agreement signed to turn Al Hussein Medical City into smart medical hub

AMMAN — The Jordan Armed Forces-Arab Army, represented by the Projects Fund, and the KBW company, signed a strategic partnership agreement to transform Al Hussein Medical City into a smart medical hub on Thursday at the General Command.

The agreement is in line with the Royal vision to integrate modern technology in the Armed Forces. Representing the Armed Forces, Brig. Gen. Tawfiq Al Marzouq, assistant chief of Planning, Organisation and Defence Resources, and CEO of KBW, Ramzi Abu Ghosh, signed the agreement.

The agreement's primary objective is to modernise the medical care system of the Royal Medical Services (RMS) by improving the patient's treatment journey, implementing state-of-the-art technological systems in the hospitals and addressing the traffic crisis through the development of roads, car parks and upgrading facilities within the medical city, according to the Jordan News Agency, Petra.
