Additional 7-truck aid convoy dispatched to Syria

AMMAN — In implementation of Royal directives, the Foreign Ministry, in cooperation with the Jordan Hashemite Charity Organisation (JHCO), on Tuesday dispatched a seven-truck convoy loaded with relief and medical assistance to Syria to assist people affected from the earthquake.

The aid will be delivered to UN agencies working in Syria at the Jabber-Nassib border crossing, Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Sinan Majali said in a statement. The ministry said that the Kingdom will continue to deliver assistance to Syria and Turkey.
