Actress Salma Hayek visits Jordan’s Petra, Wadi Rum

AMMAN — Salma Hayek, the Mexican-American actress, recently shared photos of her and her husband François-Henri Pinault’s visit to Wadi Rum and Petra, one of the Seven Wonders of the World, on her Instagram account.

In the posts, Hayek expressed her admiration of the charm of Wadi Rum and the beauty of Petra, as well as the picturesque atmosphere that she experienced during her visit. While sharing a picture of herself in Petra, Hayek wrote: "Wandering through the ancient wonders of Jordan, one step at a time." She also expressed her great admiration for Jordan and the ruins of Petra, the natural landscape, the mountains and their charm in another photo that she captioned: "Inhaling the magic of Jordan".
