ACC donates in-kind aid worth JD200,000 to Gaza

AMMAN — The board of the Amman Chamber of Commerce (ACC) decided on Wednesday to donate JD200,000 in in-kind aid for Gaza. The aid includes medicine and medical supplies for Gaza. The board, in an emergency meeting, said that aid is an immediate response to His Majesty King Abdullah’s directives to send urgent aid to the Palestinians in Gaza strip through the Jordan Hashemite Charity Organisation. The board urged the heads of commerce chambers, trade sector representatives and labour unions and business owner associations to hold a sit-in on Saturday in front of the Amman Chamber of Commerce building in Shmeisani in support of the Palestinians.
