Academic year to begin as scheduled — Education Ministry

AMMAN — The 2014-2015 scholastic year will begin as scheduled on the academic calendar, the Education Ministry’s acting secretary general, Mohammad Okour, said on Monday.

Teachers, principals and other school staff will start work August 17, while students will go back to school August 24, he said.
