93 per cent of Sahafa BRT construction work completed — GAM

AMMAN — Greater Amman Municipality (GAM) Mayor Yousef Shawarbeh on Thursday said that 93 per cent of the Sahafa (press) Tunnel overpass of the Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) construction has been accomplished, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.

He added that the work achievement is going according to plan, expecting construction work in the area to be completed by next September. In previous remarks, Shawarbeh had said that the transportation projects will contribute to the development of the infrastructure and finding sustainable traffic solutions to keep pace with the future vision of the city.
