69,000 passengers travelled across King Hussein Bridge during Eid

AMMAN — King Hussein Bridge handled over 69,000 passengers during the Eid Al Adha holiday, according to the spokesperson for the Jordanian Customs Department. The number of travellers coming into the Kingdom through King Hussein Bridge during the Eid Al Adha period reached 35,160, while 34,134 travellers departed Jordan through the bridge crossing. The spokesperson added that Jaber Customs Centre welcomed 7,880 visitors, and saw 15,067 passengers depart the country. The centre also handled the transit of 4,197 different vehicles, according to the Jordan News Agency, Petra.
