50-year-old dies in road accident

KARAK — A 50-year-old died on Sunday when he was hit by a car on the desert road near Al Sultani Dam area east of Karak, the Karak Civil Defence Department (CDD) said.

CDD cadres took the body to Karak Public Hospital where it was referred to the forensic centre for an autopsy.

Hasan Hawari, who supervised the autopsy, said the man died of a cerebral haemorrhage caused by major skull fractures.
