3.5 million smart ID cards issued so far

AMMAN — Some 3.5 million citizens have issued their smart ID cards from the Civil Status and Passports Department and mobile stations across the Kingdom, the department announced on Thursday.

The department noted that the mobile station is currently present at the Jordan Media City, and there will be no fines for those who are late to issue their IDs, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
