24 arrested on drug charges since September 1

AMMAN — The Anti-Narcotics Department (AND) personnel has arrested 24 suspected drug dealers in connection with 14 drug-related cases since the beginning of September, the Public Security Directorate (PSD) spokesperson said on Wednesday. Special operations yielded in the seizure of various quantities of hashish and illicit pills, in addition to firearms found in possession of the suspects, he added, according to the Jordan News Agency, Petra.
