186 arrested on Monday for curfew violation

AMMAN — Personnel of security patrols and checkpoints on Monday arrested 186 people who violated the curfew and will be referred to detention centres affiliated with the Jordan Armed Forces-Arab Army in Khaw and Hasa, according to the Public Security Department’s spokesperson.
He added that orders were issued to increase the number of patrols within neighbourhoods and on secondary roads to arrest people found violating the curfew, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
The spokesperson also called on the public to abide by regulations and not to leave their homes under any circumstances.
