1,692 tourists visit Southern Mazar shrines

SOUTHERN MAZAR — A total of 1,692 tourists visited the tombs of the companions of Prophet Mohammad who died in Mutah Battle, Osama Tarawneh, supervisor of the Southern Mazar shrines said on Monday.

He added that work is under way to build gardens and inner passages that connect the shrines and provide comfort for visitors.
