AMMAN — Sixteen people were injured on Thursday in three road accidents in Mafraq and Irbid, according to the Civil Defence Department (CDD).
Six people sustained injuries when two cars and a minibus collided in Balama, a CDD statement said. Another six were injured in a two-vehicle collision on the Mafraq-Zarqa road.
In Irbid, a two-vehicle collision left four people injured.
All the injured were taken to hospitals, where they were listed in fair condition, the CDD said.
