10-truck aid convoy dispatched to Gaza

AMMAN — The Jordan Hashemite Charity Organisation (JHCO) on Monday dispatched a 10-truck convoy laden with humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip, according to JHCO Secretary General Ayman Mifleh.

The convoy included blankets, clothes, shoes and schoolbags, he said, noting that six trucks will be delivered to the Palestinian Red Crescent and four to the Palestinian ministry of social affairs, to be distributed to beneficiaries in Gaza.
