AMMAN — The Palestinian-Jordanian Business Forum (PJF) and Lebanese Ambassador to Jordan Brigitte Tawk discussed on Monday boosting economic cooperation and commercial trade.
The meeting, attended by Lebanese-Jordanian Business Forum President Nassim Dada, focused on expanding bilateral trade, exploring investment opportunities, and tackling current economic challenges.
Tawk pledged her embassy will facilitate direct communication and support business leaders to tap into unexploited economic potential, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
PJF President Nazmi Atmeh cited the forum's 15 years of driving investment and supporting Jordan's economy.
Lebanese-Jordanian Business Forum President echoed those sentiments, stressing the role of the business community in deepening ties between Jordan and Lebanon.
To spur economic growth, participants agreed to formalise collaboration between the forums and the embassy through joint initiatives and regular meetings.
