Over 120 women participated in an awareness-raising session about smart eating habits by Clinical Dietician Ayah Murad, expert contributor to both Family Flavours and Nakahat ‘Ailiyeh parenting magazines.

Organised by TAJ Lifestyle Centre and co-sponsored by both magazines, the event focused on the health and beauty of TAJ walkers. Established five years ago to encourage healthy lifestyles, TAJ walkers meet up three times a week to walk and exercise at the mall.

“Physical fitness and nutrition go hand in hand when it comes to the wellbeing of the family and our participation today is in line with our mission to continuously raise awareness about the importance of adopting healthy lifestyles,” said Hind-Lara Mango, managing director and publisher of Al Marji’ Publications-publishers of Jordan’s parenting magazines.
