Two suspects attack contractors, workers at Anjara school

AJLOUN — Two people who frequent the Anjara Elementary School for Girls to play in its yard on Friday attacked a contractor and workers carrying out maintenance work on the premises.

The assailants threw stones at the contractor and damaged school property after he prevented them from playing in the yard, where construction material was stored.

Ajloun education director Sami Fawaareh said the incident was reported to security services and the suspects are being questioned ahead of referring them to court.
