Weapons, ammunition seized in Ajloun

AMMAN — The Public Security Department (PSD) on Tuesday said its personnel seized 10 weapons and a number of ammunition in a house in Ajloun governorate, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
A security source said that the pieces were seized at a house after receiving a tip-off, and then PSD personnel broke into the house and seized 7 pump-action rifles, three pistols and a quantity of ammunition and powder.
The source said that a suspect was arrested and transferred to the competent authorities in order to take legal action against him.
