Temporary committees to serve as provincial councils until elections

AMMAN — Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Local Administration Tawfiq Kreishan on Saturday issued directives to form temporary committees to serve as provincial councils until elections are held.
Provincial councils and municipal elections will be held in the same day, in implementation of the provisions of the Local Administration Law No. 22 of 2021 published in the Official Gazette on September, 23, 2021, according to the Jordan news Agency, Petra.
