Royal Medical Services discusses cooperation with Libya

AMMAN — The Royal Medical Services (RMS) and the Libyan health ministry on Wednesday discussed means of cooperation, especially in training Libyan doctors, treating Libyan patients at RMS hospitals and participating in RMS medical conferences.

At a meeting with Libyan Health Minister Abdelnur Daghman, RMS Director Maj. Gen. Khalaf Jader Al Sarhan briefed him on the development of RMS since its establishment in 1941.

Daghman praised the professionalism of RMS and its international reputation.

Sarhan also met with a World Health Organisation delegation currently holding a workshop for RMS preventive medicine department personnel.
