AMMAN — Prime Minister Omar Razzaz on Wednesday instructed Health Minister Saad Jaber and the Royal Medical Services to immediately provide the necessary medical care for Palestinian photojournalist Muath Amarneh.
His Majesty King Abdullah on Tuesday directed the Cabinet to follow up on Amarneh's condition, as he lost his eye after being hit by an Israeli rubber-coated bullet while covering the events of last Friday.
In compliance with His Majesty's directives, the Civil Status and Passport Department (CSPD) issued a temporary passport for Amarneh to ease his access to medical services, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
