Mexican embassy honours historian Omar Armouti

AMMAN — Mexican Ambassador to Jordan Roberto Hernandez on Wednesday commended Jordanian-Mexican efforts to build on bilateral relations in various fields.

This came during a ceremony held by the mission to honour historian Omar Armouti, the writer of "Amman Ayam Zaman" encyclopedia, in recognition of his efforts in supporting relations between the both countries.

The encyclopedia looks at Jordanian-Mexican relations and their development. During the event, the ambassador highlighted the importance of the Jordanian-Mexican Friendship Society in enhancing cooperation, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
