Merchants donate JD50,000 for Gaza

AMMAN — The Jordan Hashemite Charity Organisation (JHCO) on Saturday received a JD50,000 donation from the Amman Chamber of Commerce (ACC).

The donation is for the Awn Campaign for supporting Gazans with amputated limbs organised by JHCO in cooperation with the Arab Culture Society.

ACC President Issa Murad said this donation will enable the campaign to buy artificial limbs and joints for people who need them in Gaza.

JHCO Secretary General Ayman Mifleh praised the chamber’s donation.
